Infection of pelvic organs such as ovaries, Fallopian tubes, bladder, colon (Colitis). Also, trauma that causes twisted or ruptured ovary or ovarian cyst; tear of bowel or bladder
Another causes of acute pain that are overlooked include pelvic Muscles and fascia spasms secondary to pain causing process elsewhere in the pelvis and abdomen.
